All of the prep and organization going into the day, but also the behind the scenes support allowed my husband and I to just focus on having the best day of our lives, not all of the logistics involved. She even put all 200 name cards on all our tables that morning! She is someone who is always in your corner, a helping hand, and knowledgeable about the wedding industry. She is trusted, dedicated, and a friend throughout it all. We were incredibly thankful with everything Meredith did to make our day perfect. While I couldn’t have gotten married without my (now) husband, we certainly couldn’t have done it without Meredith.

Meredith was absolutely incredible!! I truly would have been so lost without her. My wedding was huge with a lot of moving pieces and she was constantly on top of everything. I truly have no idea how she does it! She helps you think about things that don’t come naturally to you and she pieces your special day together so seamlessly! She made herself available to us at all times months/weeks/days before the wedding, constantly checking in to make sure we were doing ok.
She completely took over contact with all our vendors so we didn’t have to worry about all of the extra communication. She helped direct our large/rowdy bridal party around so we were all in the right places at the right times. She is so kind and thoughtful to top it all off! I will 20 out of 10 recommend her to anyone!

Meredith was the absolute best wedding coordinator, the whole day would not have gone as flawless as it did without her. Leading up to the day, she had a huge hand in making sure the details were in order and everyone was on the same page.
She communicated with all of my vendors before and during the weekend, which was a huge weight lifted for us. Each of vendors also had amazing things to say about her! She allowed us to fully enjoy the entirety of the events without thinking about the little things, and made sure we all knew where to be at all times.

Meredith was truly the best decision we made for our wedding! I felt so lost planning such as large event, and she eased my worries and gave me the best support and advice. The multiple planning meetings we had always helped keep me on track, and she was there for every text or phone call in between.
We required a lot of setting up for our reception, and we could not have done it without her. We had the most amazing day (I really anticipated more stress) and she is fully responsible for making it so smooth, easy, and care free.

It's safe to say that having Meredith as our day of coordinator was the best decision I could have made for our wedding! She completely handled the communication with vendors and the day of timeline, which took so much stress off of me throughout the whole planning process.
Her attention to detail and communication was great and she made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. On the day of, she set up the reception space so beautifully and thought of every little thing to make sure the day was perfect and nothing was missed.
