Your Day Of Coordination Includes

Initial 1:1 Meeting: This can be done any time after your date is set and time will be spent discussing your wedding details such as your vendors or prospective vendors and any contracts you have established, décor ideas, timeline, etc.

Timeline Creation & Management: After the meeting, I will begin your 'Day of Timeline,' which will be distributed to all vendors. I will then manage the timeline on the Day of the Wedding to make sure the day stays on time and goes smoothly!

Vendor Communication & Management: I will contact all of your vendors prior to wedding day to confirm arrangements and day of arrival times. I will be the main point of contact for your vendors on your big day so you can get ready and relax!

1-2 Months Prior: I will set up a meeting with you one to two months prior to go deep into the details! I will run through your timeline, confirm vendor information and contacts and commitments.

1-2 weeks prior: we will meet once more to ensure that your timeline is right, everyone is on the same page and to discuss any outstanding details before you walk down the aisle!

Rehearsal: I will be on site at your rehearsal to help run things as needed! I will be there to answer any questions and ensure the practice runs as smooth as your big day will!

Day Of: Ceremony and reception coordination. I will oversee your vendors and timeline. I will also be able to set-up standard décor such as place cards, gift/card table, favors, any special DIY extras you are bringing in.
